Console Software

From Exposure to MES,
on One Screen

Every EasyCounter ships with its dedicated console software. Acquisition, counting, inspection records, label printing and MES reporting are handled in a single application — no separate viewer, no spreadsheet in between.

COUNTING RESULT EasyCounter console: 6,256 components detected on a reel, with the inference badge showing the compute device and elapsed time
AI DETECTION · ON / OFF The same reel with detection markings on and off — 9,089 components counted
Detection markings on and off, on the same reel. What the console reads is visible at a glance.
  • Excellent counting accuracy, verified against field datasets — results are used as they are, without a manual recount
  • Runs on a wide range of hardware platforms — the console automatically selects the accelerator present on the machine (GPU, NPU), from a tablet to a workstation, with no separate toolkit or driver package to install
  • Network (Ethernet) connection option — the console does not have to stay beside the machine. Run the same software from a wireless tablet on the same network and carry out exposure, interpretation and label printing exactly as at the console. Verified in the field on a Surface Pro
  • Barcode / QR scanning registers part numbers automatically and binds them to each reel in scan order
  • AI count and final quantity are stored separately — an operator's correction never overwrites the original reading, and can be reverted in one action
  • Report a counting error in one click — when a result does not match reality, the operator reports that inspection from the viewer. The image and detection result are sent together and enter the training queue automatically; the improved detection model then reaches the machine through a remote update. Accuracy keeps improving with use, with no engineer visit required
  • Job-based worklist with search by customer, part name and period · export to Excel (CSV) · BOM list printing
  • Built-in label designer with ZPL label printer support — one label per reel, printed automatically the moment counting finishes
  • MES reporting over REST, socket, result file, or industry-standard OPC UA
  • X-ray viewer with zoom, rotate, flip, length and angle measurement, brightness/contrast control, and detection-marking toggle
  • Built for the shop floor — touch operation with pinch zoom and an on-screen keyboard, automatic portrait layout, Stream Deck and function-key control, four display languages, PIN sign-in with auto screen lock. ARM tablets run the same installer — no separate build
  • Automatic backup, retention policy and disk cleanup · application and detection model updated remotely and independently

BERAX

Ultra-High-Resolution Portable CR · NDT / EOD

There are things the eye cannot follow — sealed inside metal, buried beneath surface, hidden in the silence of structure. BERAX was made to go there. Its name is a vow: BERA, to draw forth, and X, the unknown — to bring out what remains unknown. Carried into the field on a single charge, it reads the interior of the world in 16-bit grayscale — 60 seconds, and nothing is concealed anymore.

  • 16-bit grayscale · up to 50 µm ultra-high-resolution CR
  • Integrated battery — 4 hours of autonomous field operation without external power
  • Each scan completed within 60 seconds
  • Onboard OLED status display readable even while wearing full protective equipment
  • A single system covering industrial NDT through to EOD threat interpretation

Console Software

Read It on Site,
Decide on Site

BERAX ships with ViewRay, an interpretation console built for EOD work. Acquisition, explosive-threat detection, dual-energy material discrimination and stitching all run on the operator's machine — no cloud round trip, no second workstation. Decisions are made where the object is.

EOD · THREAT DETECTION ViewRay interpretation screen — candidate threats marked on the radiographic image, with the other exposures of the same inspection listed alongside
Candidate threats marked directly on the image. The column beside it holds the other exposures from the same inspection.
  • Explosive-threat detection AI marks candidate elements — charges, detonators, initiating devices — directly on the image, so the operator's eye goes to the right place first. The call stays with the person: the console assists interpretation, it does not decide
  • GPU-accelerated inference — roughly 0.25 seconds per image, about ten times faster than the previous engine
  • Auto stitching — when the subject is larger than the detector, shoot it in sections and the console joins them into a single image with a guide grid
  • Dual-energy discrimination for explosives — imaging at two energy levels separates organic from inorganic matter, revealing an explosive charge packed among metal parts, which shape alone cannot distinguish. Rendered as a three-material colour map with thresholds set automatically; analysis works from two exposures alone when no flat images are available
  • Multi-processing — several detectors connect at once, and acquisition, AI interpretation and device communication each run independently so one never blocks another. Multi-view places several images side by side
  • A full interpretation toolset — window level/width, contrast and edge enhancement, zoom, rotate, flip, crop, length and angle measurement, annotations, undo/redo
  • Location recorded automatically — GPS coordinates arrive from the DR controller itself and are stored with every exposure, on both the inspection and the image record. Nothing is typed in, so nothing is missed in the field. The format can be set to decimal degrees, degrees-decimal-minutes or degrees-minutes-seconds
  • Field record keeping — job worklist, account sign-in, and export of the interpreted image and report
  • Detector driver plug-ins — support for a new detector arrives as a driver module, without replacing the console itself
  • Wi-Fi · Ethernet · USB connection, with battery, charging and adapter state shown at a glance
